About the role
The Marketing Programs Manager will drive BigHand’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts and webinar strategy. You will be responsible for executing targeted ABM programs, creating impactful webinars that nurture prospects, with a focus on lead generation and audience engagement.
What you’ll do

ABM Programming: Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns, continuously refining strategies to drive lead generation and improve outcomes.

Webinars: Plan, host, and market webinars that position BigHand as a thought leader, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.

Data Management and Communication:
Manage data and communications across ABM and webinars to ensure streamlined operations and engagement.

Stakeholder Management: Work with product and sales leaders to create compelling webinar content that aligns with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment with wider marketing initiatives and strategies.
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years proven experience leading ABM, webinars, preferably in a B2B tech setting.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to execute multiple programs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools. We use Pardot and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
