About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Gainsight Administrator to manage and optimize our Gainsight platform, ensuring it supports customer success efforts across our organization. This role will have a direct impact on how our teams utilize data to enhance client experiences, improve retention, and drive operational efficiency. As a Gainsight Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth user experience, delivering actionable insights, and supporting key initiatives across the customer success and product teams.
What you’ll do
- Configure and maintain the Gainsight platform, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Gainsight features and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product) to understand and implement requirements for reporting and analytics.
- Develop and manage Gainsight dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide actionable insights for customer health and success metrics.
- Train and support users across teams to ensure they are proficient with Gainsight tools and functionality.
- Stay up to date with new Gainsight features and product updates, recommending improvements and optimizing current workflows.
- Implement changes to the Gainsight platform as dictated by BigHand customers and management
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience working with Gainsight (or similar), including administrative and configuration responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and how to translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, etc.) and data management best practices.
- Familiarity with Gainsight features like Health Scoring, Journey Orchestrator, and Reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
