About the role
As a Product Marketing Associate, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our go-to-market activity. You’ll help plan, execute, and analyse marketing initiatives that bring our products to life for customers and prospects. From email campaigns to product webinars, you’ll get hands-on experience across every element of B2B product marketing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing marketing function at an exciting stage of scale. If you’re hungry to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build the foundation for a long-term marketing career, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do
You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Marketing and the wider team to:
- Support go-to-market campaigns - help set up, launch, and measure the success of GTM programs for new features and products.
- Execute marketing automation - support the creation and send of email campaigns and nurture programs via Pardot.
- Own product webinars - manage the promotion, coordination, and hosting of our quarterly customer webinars.
- Create compelling content - including social posts, launch videos, one-pagers, and event collateral that showcases our products
- Analyze and refine performance - partner with Marketing Operations to report on results, improve data quality, and enhance segmentation and targeting
- Support sales enablement - help build materials and messaging that empower the sales team to tell our story effectively
- Champion data hygiene - support with ICP segmentation and maintaining accurate Pardot data for communications
- Manage customer communications - oversee the setup and delivery of wider customer campaigns through Pardot
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or marketing-adjacent role (e.g., demand generation, content, operations, or communications).
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in using data to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you know how to adapt tone and message for different audiences.
- A growth mindset - you love learning, ask smart questions, and seek opportunities to improve.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Pardot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation tools is a bonus (but not essential).
This is a role for a self-starter who’s hungry to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build the foundation for a long-term marketing career
