Mission Statement 

We strive to create an environment that is supportive, inclusive, and welcoming for all LGBTQ+ employees and allies, and to promote awareness throughout the company which provides a critical pathway to understanding an organizational action that will foster an inclusive workplace environment for all members of the LGBTQ+ community to be able to be their authentic selves at work.

What does the ERG do?

We aim to provide a space where LGBTQ+ employees can connect with others across the business who can share similar experiences, identities and to just have fun!
