Childbirth Recovery Leave/Parental Leave
Child Birth Recover Leave = 8 weeks of 100% pay, Parental Leave = 4 weeks of 100% pay plus 4 weeks of 50% pay. The employee giving birth is eligible for both.

15 Vacation Days off
Our Annual Leave runs from 1st January - 31st December. If you start partway through the year, your allowance will be pro rated.
This will increase to 20 days after 5 years service.

BigHand Days off
BigHand closes globally for 3 days around Christmas and New Year. This is not deducted from your annual leave allowance.

BigHand Mental Health Day off
BigHand is committed to closing globally one day each year to spend the day doing anything that helps with their mental health and wellbeing. This is not deducted from your annual allowance.

2 Personal leave days / 1 Volunteer day leave
You are entitled to 2 personal leave days which can be used for anything. Additionally, every year, you are entitled to one paid day off to volunteer with any company or charity.

4 floating holidays that allows you the flexibility to choose when they take time off, enabling you to celebrate specific cultural or personal events or simply enjoy a break when it suits you best.

Family/Fertility Loan
You can get a loan that can be used by employees looking to grow their families. This can be used for fertility treatment, alternative family methods (adoption, surrogacy) or family planning (females freezing their eggs).
