Recruitment Process
Application
Once you have found a role that you want to apply for, follow the link to complete your application. At this stage you need to answer a few short questions and be asked to upload a resume. We don't use CV scanning software at BigHand, so your resume will be reviewed by a member of the Talent Team.
Talent
You will meet a member of the Talent team, typically over a Teams call. You will be asked questions around your experience and what interests you about the role and BigHand. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the role, process, team or the company.
Interview
Our interview process is usually 2-3 stages dependant on the seniority of the position. Our 1st stage interview is with the Hiring Manager and wider team. At 2nd stage interview you will meet the Board Director for that area. During the interviews you will be assessed on behaviours, skills, competencies and experience. You may also be asked to give a presentation as part of the process.
Technical Assessments
With some of our interview processes you may be asked to undergo a technical assessment. This could be a take home or a live assessment. You be fully briefed by the Talent team on what to expect.
Offer
You've got the job! The Talent team will be in contact to discuss the offer with you. We will discuss the details of the offer and benefits, agree a start date and you will receive written confirmation by email.
Onboarding
Once your contract has been signed we create a bespoke onboarding plan to set you up for success at BigHand!
